Application scenarios

Play model for more than 10 yearsMany starters are used and brokenWhy is the starter not durableCompared some starterThe main reasons are these

1.All starters are conventional switchesContactors are not used,The resistance at the switch is relatively large,The voltage loss is relatively large,It is also prone to fever.

2. The brushes of all starters are too small,When the starting resistance is large, it is easy to burn the brush and brush holder.

3. The conventional starter does not have a reducer, and the output torque is too small,It is easy to twist and damage when startingunder these circumstancesThe motor is almost in a short circuit stateCoils and brushes burn easily.

But nowWe found a solutionLearn from the relevant technologies of 250cc parallel bar four stroke motorcycle engine starter motorThe process of rotor coil is optimizedUse super magnetic steelThe motor efficiency is improved without increasing its power consumption The power is higher. A 5.6:1 planetary reducer is built in the front section of the motor.

NoteThe starter adopts reduction gear design to increase torque (non direct drive),It is normal that the starting head will shake slightly during rotation, which is not a quality problem.

The rubber head of the fixed wing version is different from that of the helicopter version, and there is one less starting rod.The new terminator starter uses XT60 plug as power output and directly uses 3S battery for power supply. The battery is not included in the delivery. You need to bring it yourself.

Product features

1.Hold with both hands, convenient and labor-saving

The aluminum alloy metal tube is used as the handrail, held by both hands, and the fixed wing is convenient and labor-saving.

2. Multi purpose and more convenient

It can be used as a gasoline fixed wing. If the matching rubber head and starting rod are purchased separately, it can be upgraded as a helicopter starter

3. Fixed wing version

It is suitable for 45-90 methanol fixed wing, more than 2.25 inch propeller cover, 10cc-80cc gasoline fixed wing and more than 2.25 inch propeller cover

Special starter for 80cc-250cc UAV and oil powered UAV with paddle cover such as Dabai.

4. Helicopter version

Equipped with 6mm hexagonal starting rod, it can start 15, 30, 50 and 90 series gasoline or methanol helicopters, and basically all helicopters on the market.

5. Sensitive touch, high current, more stable

High current switch, greater current resistance, more stability, case position in line with ergonomics, easy to press and take

6. The design is reasonable and easy to use

Equipped with battery mounting fixing plate and battery strap, it is more convenient to use

7. Bite technology to prevent slipping

The upgraded starter adopts large aluminum head with teeth, which has strong bite force and is not easy to slide teeth

8. Convenient power supply and flexible use

The split power cord design is convenient and flexible. It can directly connect the XT60 interface battery or the battery. The power cord is 1.65m long and easy to use. It adopts a powerful power chuck with less resistance

9.More power and less energy consumption

The process of rotor coil is optimized and strong magnetic steel is adopted to improve the motor efficiency without increasing its power consumption

10.Multi scene usage

Considering the actual situation of field use, stainless steel fasteners are used for assembly without rust

11.High strength carbon fiber material

The bracket is carved with carbon fiber version CNC, with high strength and light weight

12.Rubber head silicone material

The fixed wing rubber head is made of silica gel and adopts conical design to increase the contact surface with the propeller cover without slipping
