Featuring imported custom silver wires, this design enables fast current flow on the surface of the silver wires, thereby improving motor response speed. The winding technique also significantly reduces copper loss and helps to lower motor heat by approximately 30%.

The curved circuit magnetic optimization on the new T-motor U8 II outperforms traditional curved magnets, utilizing reduced magnet space.

The new T-motor U8 II has a maximum thrust of 7.3 kg, doubling the aircraft’s payload capacity. Additionally, it features high power output with a max power of 1200W, allowing for a payload of up to 5.2 kg at a thrust-to-weight ratio of 7681. In comparison, the U8 VS and U8lite models have a maximum thrust of 3.5 kg, while the U8 PRO model has an even higher thrust capacity.

The U8 Pro, U8 Lite, and U8 motors can achieve maximum temperatures of up to 358C (67C) at 32V with slow motor running for 10 minutes.

The motor’s efficient cooling system ensures reliable operation even in high temperatures, performing well in environments up to 122F (50C).

Featuring patented technology, this motor effectively shields against sand, dust, foreign objects, and magnetic particles, ensuring reliable performance.

The motor features a specialized anti-rust treatment, allowing it to withstand the rigors of a 48-hour salt spray test, ensuring maximum durability.

Service Life: The motor is designed for an estimated 1,500 flights (assuming 40 minutes per flight). We have imported custom bearings and implemented dual bearing protection to ensure reliability. Our stress analysis simulations take into account operating conditions in both axial and radial directions. As a result of these efforts, we have redesigned the custom bearing to significantly prolong its lifespan to over 100 hours under normal operation.

The U8 II motor features N42 SH-N45 UH-grade materials, boasting a magnetic properties range: remanence (Br) of 955-995 kA/m, coercive force (BHc) of 318-350 kJ/m, and a Curie temperature range of 12.9-13.5 kg/cm.

The safety features include avoiding the use of silver wire leads, which eliminates the need for soldering. Additionally, the motor’s structure is reinforced by 20% with imported German 7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy.

The latest ultra-light, 28-inch carbon fiber propeller weighs only 55 grams, representing a 12% increase in flight time while shedding a significant 320 grams from the overall weight of the quadcopter. With U8LITE installed on your aircraft, you can achieve this impressive reduction in weight and extend your flight time.

No prop adapter is required, and you’ll enjoy a weight reduction of just 20g. Installation is easy, but don’t forget to secure the 2g location pin during the process. Our carbon fiber props are compatible with a range of sizes, including 27-30 inches, and feature a folding design with a location pin and a durable Latacnnelln tip.

The T-Motor U8 II KV150/KV85/KV100/KV190 brushless motor features an ultra-light design (U8LITE) and U8Il, which share the same magnetic circuit design. This motor is manufactured with imported German 7075 aviation aluminum alloy, enhancing its toughness and durability.
