The bell cap design effectively increases the heat dissipation area, resulting in a significant enhancement of cooling performance by 15%. Additionally, our motor features superior anti-overload capabilities, backed by simulated airflow analyses to ensure optimal performance.

Featuring a special alloy shaft, custom bearings, varnished wires, and a silicon steel sheet, magnet, and bell that have been treated with advanced anti-rust and anti-corrosion technology for superior protection. Additionally, this motor boasts waterproofing and dust resistance.

The MN805-S motor features a T-shaped shaft secured with both a cir-clip and screw, providing enhanced safety and reliability under high RPM and power conditions without compromising rotor stability. The adoption of a long lifespan Zmm steel shaft and large 24mm bearings ensures outstanding impact resistance.

Equipped with anti-high temperature curved magnets, this motor features precision tolerance control and optimized magnet spacing to enhance its magnetic circuit, resulting in improved performance gains of over 5%.
