heavy load motor born for VTOL Take off weight.16-35KG MN805S 8 0 MADE IN 16 KG 16+ Thrust Stable & Reliable Safe Impact resistant IP45 MN8O5-S KV12O Ce3.

The bell-shaped design significantly increases the heat dissipation area, leading to a 15% enhancement in cooling performance. Additionally, the motor’s airflow is optimized through simulated analyses to prevent overheating and ensure stable operation.

Featuring a special alloy shaft, custom bearings, varnished wires, and components made from silicon steel sheet, magnet, and bell, this motor is treated with the latest anti-rust and anti-corrosion technologies for exceptional protection against environmental factors. Additionally, it boasts waterproofing capabilities and dust resistance.

The MN805S motor features a T-shaped shaft secured by both a cir-clip and screw, providing enhanced safety and reliability under high RPM and power conditions, while preventing rotor looseness. The long lifespan steel shaft and oversized 24mm bearings are designed to ensure exceptional impact resistance.

The MN805S motor features anti-high temperature curved magnets, precision-toleranced to optimize magnet placement, which enhances the motor’s magnetic circuit for improved performance by at least 5%.
